With the development of the Ultrasonic technology, now it's widely use in the lamination, welding, embossing industry, once the layers had a melting point, such as PET, PP, Nylon, Acrylic fibers, Spandex, or synthetic fiber woven/nonwoven or film.

Why we laminate several layers together?
One single materials can not satisfy us well, so we need to take 2 or 3 layers to get a best performance. Different layer had different features, some layers had thickness, some layers waterproof, some layers windproof, some layers had high-strength, some layers are fluffy, some layers had Excellent wrinkle resistance, some layers had good moisture absorption, some layers keep warm, some layers are soft....

Right laminating process could let us have 2 or 3 features of different layers, and improve the finished laminated fabrics functions. For example, you like a layer's soft and good moisture absorption, but this layer is not strong enough, then you can laminate another strong layer.
