Feature: 60 centigrade washable, dry cleanable, PA double dot coating

Fabric: 35gsm thermal bond nonwoven, off white color, fluorescence free, 100% virgin polyester bonded by European thermal bonding machine, ensure high level evenness, strength, and softness. Besides the best part of the fabric is charcoal, European comb maching make the web cloudy, so white and black fiber will show up cloudy charcoal, it make distinguishable marks from other bonding machine.  

Coating: 12gsm high quality PA  


This item is middle weight nonwoven fusible interlining. High quality PA coating make it high performance when you fused and bonded this interlining on your garments fabric.
This high quality PA offer us excellent water washing and dry cleaning performance. So it's a very good choice for the garments will not face dry clean, but water wash often, such as casual wear, sportswear, casual pants etc.
For this PES can stand 60 centigrade wash, room temperature will have excellent wash performance. Compare with high quality PA(high quality PA can stand dry clean as well), it had an very important advantage, it's much more economical. For some garments never dry clean, why you have to pay more ? 


It was widely used in garments industries, one of the most popular interlining in the world. Could be used in fashions, such as Chiffon, Georgette, blouse, casuals, polo-shirt, suit, jacket, coat, dust  coat, trousers, pants, uniform etc.

Interlinings, necessary accessories of modern garments industries. Theoretically, anything used between 2 layers of fabric to give more body, obtain and maintain the shape, support a garment used in areas that need more stability than just the fabric weight or sometimes maintain drapability. It could be fusible or sew-in.

A fusible interlining is a thin layer made from woven, knitted or non-woven material bonded mechanically or thermally which when fused with fabric panel can give reinforcement, durability and can also stabilize and makes sewing work easier while sewing.

Interlining was very small proportion of the cost of garments, however it's also important to the garments which takes interlining. So choose right interlining is very important to garments maker. Sometimes, this very small cost part will ruin the whole garments.

Stretchable or not stretchable;

Defects due to incorrect usage of interlining cause:
Orange skin; bubbling; moire; strike back; strike through; low bonding strength etc.
