Why we laminate several layers together?
One single materials can not satisfy us well, so we need to take 2 or 3 layers to get a best performance. Different layer had different features, some layers had thickness, some layers waterproof, some layers windproof, some layers had high-strength, some layers are fluffy, some layers had Excellent wrinkle resistance, some layers had good moisture absorption, some layers keep warm, some layers are soft....
Right laminating process could let us have 2 or 3 features of different layers, and improve the finished laminated fabrics functions. For example, you like a layer's soft and good moisture absorption, but this layer is not strong enough, then you can laminate another strong layer.

High efficient, economical, less labor, suitable for industrial mass production, easy to adjust for new design
Usage:
Now the PP nonwoven laminated with extrusion PE film is most used by disposable stuff, such as isolation suit, surgical drapes, surgical gowns, disposable bed sheet, shopping bag, handbag, packing materials etc. Compare with PP laminate PE/TUP film, this choice is economical, however, the disadvantage is the breathability is not good, not like laminating film, we can choose high/middle/low permeability film.
