Appliqué Magic Self-adhesive & fusible Embroidery Stabilizer

appliqué Magic is a double-sided adhesive stabilizer used for appliqué embroidery. It eliminates the need for heat seals, spray adhesives and glues. One side has a heat-activated adhesive that is lightly fused directly to the appliqué fabric with an iron or fusing machine. The other side has a release paper and liquid adhesive that is used to adhere the traced and trimmed fabric piece to the garment prior to embroidering.

This one we take fusible nonwoven interlining and then glue its back (the other side of the PA double dot coated) and cover with release paper.

Advantage:

It's high efficient for garments design, had good prospect to take the place of a lot of traditional embroidery. It's soft and comfortable choice compare with embroidery, and more efficient. Nonwoven fusible interlining could make the printing patterns thicker, and looks solid. Liquid glue make it easy to fix the pattern piece on the fabric for sewing. Traditional embroidery is slower than digital print or heat transfer print, and can't avoid the itch of the back side, which touch the body. Or take the hot melt film stick to the fabric, and it make the glue area stiff and uncomfortable.

How to use it for mass production?

You can fuse this on the fabric you want to make appliqué Magic on, by a fusing machine. Usually at 140 Celsius, 12S, 2.0bar.

Now, you got a 3 layers laminated fabric: fabric + fused nonwoven interlining + release paper.

And then you can print or heat transfer designed pattern on the fabric layer.

Then you can put these fabric ( for mass production, it may be rolls) on a laser cutting machine, program it and you'll get the pieces of beloved pattern. Now it's 3 layers laminated, printed/heat transfered, pre-cut piece.

Remove the release paper, the nonwoven interlining's glued back side will be here, stick this pattern piece to the designated outlined area of your garments piece/garments.

Sew the edge of the pattern on the garments piece / garments.
