Chemical bonding nonwoven, for some of its unique characteristics, still has huge demand in different markets. However, people have more requests on quality as well, such as extremely low free formaldehyde content. We took the best polyacrylate binder in the market to produce it for some customers which have highest requests on free formaldehyde. 
It could pass the FDA or SGS test for food packaging materials; also it could be used as high requests embroidery backing for Europe and US and Japan market, formaldehyde-free, especially the baby clothes. 

Viscose had better thermostability than polyester/polypropylene etc. somewhere need work in higher temperature, it could be a  choice. 

Viscose had good hydrophilicity, so it could be used as wipes, bibulous paper etc. 

It could tear clearly, after tear, the edge is clean, so it also be used in embroidery industry. 

According to the quality of viscose and nonwoven, you can develop some other use as well.
