Tranditionally, wet tissue took spunlace nonwoven. Now more and more users likes this kind of soft, thin, lint-free, highly hydrophilic thermal bonded nonwoven which was made by ES viscose fiber mixed two-component innovation. As of this item, we took hydrophilic ES fiber and mixed some viscose, if not well controlled, the nonwoven will be fluffy unwantedly. After long time exploration and experiment, we solved this issue successfully. The viscose will speed up the absorption of water, the hydrophilic ES fiber will take all this speeding up absorption. You can check through the video here, and find how speedy it is. Perfect hydrophilia make the wet tissue contain more liquid in one same size piece of nonwoven, meanwhile, make the wet tissue/napkin production more effcient. That's why this item was introduced to wet tissue field and become more and more popular.
Another advantage of thermal bonding nonwoven compare with spunlace for wet tissue business. It will be easier to control the weight of the fabric, and can make 18gsm above easily. You know, for now, even if spunlace can barely produce 30gsm nonwoven, the uniformity is not good enough for critical users. However thermal bonding nonwoven make 18gsm, 20gsm, 25gsm, 28gsm, 30gsm, 35gsm base fabric of wet tissue possible.
