Bonding temperature, for somewhere may need very low fusing temperature, high temperature will be refused.
Bonding working temperature, sometimes the bonding part will work in very low temperature, such as -40 Centigrade, sometimes, it may have to work in 100 Centigrade, then we need carefully choose for hot melt adhesive film.
Bonding materials, sometimes, we may need to bond woods, plastics, or even metals, then we need to choose right fusing film wisely.

Facing variety of hot melt film, how to choose the right film for you? There is no almighty film for all the materials, so before you make the decision, you should consider:
1. the materials you want to adhesive. choose the similar chemical properties film to your materials want to adhesive, not any film can bond with any materials well, if you want to bond polyurethane (PA film) on PE plastics, you're milking the bull. So polyester materials, choose PES film; TUP materials choose TPU film. Make sure the film you choose could bind/adhesive well with your products,
2. consider the materials surface and the bonding strength requested, choose the thickness of the film, the rougher surface will need thicker film, higher bonding strength need thicker film
3. the temperature the materials can undertake, it must be lower than the adhesive film bonding temperature.
4. washing condition request, choose the right film can meet your request.
5. the working temperature of the film, it's rather important, the film you choose must can work well in the temperature the materials will be, especially for some extreme environment, such as -30ºC or below, 80ºC or above. It will be very important to consider the working temperature of the film. For some adhesive film work well in high temperature, and some in low temperature.
6. the hand feel of after adhesion. If you want soft hand feel after adhesion, TPU will be the only choice.
7. Stretch or not: somewhere, like textiles, you may need the bonding materials stretch as the fabric.
8. paper or common textile fabric, it's easy to adhesive, consider the cost and environment, choose the economical and acceptable film. make reasonable choice.
After consider the above situation, you should choose the appropriate film. cheaper film can meet your request, why expensive; thin film is okay, why thick, thicker means expensive.
