Foldable waistband laminated with fusible wadding. 
It was differentiated from regular perforated foldable waistband by the fusible wadding which stick to the wider section of the waistband. In this way, when it was assembled in the waist of an trousers, it will achieve more full/plump and soft handfeel compare to the tranditional foldable waistband. 

The base fabric was taken 40% viscose chemical bonded nonwoven. 40% viscose ensure better thermostability, handfeel and appearance. It was coated by high qulaity PA, double dot, make sure high performance of bonding. 

The fusible wadding is like Vilene's H640, super fluffy fusible wadding, also was coated by high quality PA, even after iron on, it won't lose the fluffiness and thickness, keeping minimum 3mm.

WF03 will make the waist band have a full hand feel, good shape, definitely an excellent choice for waist band. 

It can be also perforated into other size tape interlining, like 50mm, 60mm, 80mm width etc.,  with 2mm perforated line, it will be very easy to fold and seam.  


To taken best quality PA, it can also be made into enzyme washable, heavy enzyme washable, stone washable etc.

Interlinings, necessary accessories of modern garments industries. Theoretically, anything used between 2 layers of fabric to give more body, obtain and maintain the shape, support a garment used in areas that need more stability than just the fabric weight or sometimes maintain drapability. It could be fusible or sew-in.

A fusible interlining is a thin layer made from woven, knitted or non-woven material bonded mechanically or thermally which when fused with fabric panel can give reinforcement, durability and can also stabilize and makes sewing work easier while sewing.

Interlining was very small proportion of the cost of garments, however it's also important to the garments which takes interlining. So choose right interlining is very important to garments maker. Sometimes, this very small cost part will ruin the whole garments.

Matters have to considered before you choose your interlining:
The function you need the interlining to be;
The weight of fabric, light/middle/heavy;
Stretchable or not stretchable;
The washing request your garments will face;
Waterproof/ windproof finishing or not, or some else special finishing process;
Hand feel of your fabric;
The position of the interlining will be used;

Defects due to incorrect usage of interlining cause:
Orange skin; bubbling; moire; strike back; strike through; low bonding strength etc.
